Our mission at Harmony Meadows is to provide the best care possible in a safe, loving, family-oriented residential environment. We strive to provide assisted living with all the comforts of home in a setting that we would be proud to have our own mother or father living in. Our home is your home and our family is your family. For our residents, whom we feel very protective over. We feel the responsibility of being entrusted with the well-being of our residents, and we want to give them the kind of care we would want for our own family.

Paulette was a teacher and Norman was working in construction
First attraction was the opportunity, but as they researched further with RALA, they came to understand more deeply, the significance of providing a new standard of care for the senior community.
Paulette’s ability to work with young students translated nicely to caring for and communicating with the elderly, and Norman’s background in construction would serve as a vital commodity for making the homes exceptional for residents, and maintaining a high standard of safety and comfort.
